Going on a vacation or taking off extra time for a holiday? We will give you the highest average commission percentage you’ve hit that year for the week you work out of that two week pay period.
Yearly bonus
We want to thank you for your hard work during the year. You will receive a % of your yearly service total as a bonus at the end of the year.
Continuing Education
We have in-salon classes the third Monday of every month to expand our skills.

Team Building
We get together several times a year for team building fun. It could be going to a fun event together, having lunch together, or just doing something in the salon together.
Work/Life Balance
We believe that you can build a successful business for yourself while still living your life outside of work. We allow flexible hours for our team. You can choose to work part-time or full-time. We also encourage that every team member takes 1-2 hours out of their work week for office hours to work on their business instead of in it. This allows us to have full focus on our clients when offering services, on our business during behind-the-scenes office hours, and on ourselves and our families when off work.
competitive pay scale
We want you to be well-compensated for the work you do here. We offer a sliding-scale commission plan so that you have the opportunity to make more as you do more in services. Commission is anywhere between 40% and 60% and it starts over every two weeks. We love this because it gives us something to work toward week to week. We also provide W-2s to our team during tax time. This means taxes are cut for you!
fully stocked studio
Top-of-the-line color, foils, backbar, client snacks, etc. are provided by the studio. The only things you need to provide are personal hot tools, shears, brushes, etc.
